APPROACH TO THERAPY
A bit about my approach to therapy...
I want to establish a trusting professional patient-provider relationship. I want to know more about my patients than just prescribing their medication. I encourage patients to actively engage in providing information and discussing their treatment plan, with the main goals of improving their daily functioning, quality of life, and achieve mental wellness. I started my own practice, because I believe that the patient is my priority, rather than all of the processes.

What you can expect from our first session...
My goal is to maintain a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship with my patients.I want my patients to know that each time we meet, I will emphatically listen to all their concerns, and focus on their needs. Our meetings are a safe place to let go of the different things in life that are causing a burden.
